ll. DESCRIPTION:
A. Finish: Dyed and Finished at Tannery
B. Width: 1 5/8”
C. Creasing: Throught length with smooth crease (approx.) 1/8" from edges.
D. Holes
1. Quantity: 5 each
2. Type: 3/6 circular, punched and centered
3. Placement: First hole shall be punched a minimum of 3 from point.
4. Spacing: 3/4 between holes
E. Rounded beveled and polished with one coat of edge enamel Enamel shall go around point.
F. Back Flap: Rounded
G. Loop 1/2" wide, enameled edges, double staple closure smooth ½”
